And it doesn't depend how muscular you are on right now, or how much you bench press. It may happen that weight training is not your main sport. You might just see it as a complementary sport. That doesn't mean you take your training lightly. Everyone's on a different part of their journey - it's not important where you are on your way, it's how you walk your journey!

Socrates said: "No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable."

It is a thousand-year-old truth. The world was not ready for that in the time of Socrates, but ladies are no exception - be you amateur or professional, male or female, you simply cannot afford to let your potential go to waste!

Because you can achieve more: more than you think, more than you ever thought you could.

You just have to step out of your comfort zone. Don't settle for what you have. You have to crave the change, and once you are craving for it, you have to do it - which will be hard, but we know you can do it!

And once you've applied this attitude to physical exercise, you'll find it will spill over into every area of your life! That's how you become more, better than you were - that's how you finally beat yourself.

To change, to make a difference, to fight with dedication, determination, without giving up, to be different, to be more than the average - that's who we are, that's what weight training is for us!
