I got hooked on squatting again a couple of months ago. Since a person is always learning something new, I am faced with the fact that I do the exercise irregularly over and over again. But I learned from my mistakes and improved my technique a lot. It kept getting better until I reached the 90kg that really meant a lot to me. I was able to do two repetitions with him, but after that I felt that my waist already had a lot. The torso straightening muscles didn't keep up with my thighs. You see the belt on many people in the hall, but the majority only wear it as an "ornament", it is almost constantly on them even if they are cleaved or not tightened properly, it only lifts their hair. A rare disgusting sight. I read up on it and learned that if used well, it is a very useful and even mandatory accessory. I only pick it up for the last 2 series (80 kg - 8 repetitions, 90 kg - 6 repetitions). I tighten it well, it gives an almost perfect hold and drains the load from the waist. When I first used it it felt a little strange, but the result verified those who use it correctly and also give voice to it. Out of the 90 kg, I did not 2, but 6 repetitions almost without straining. Neither after the exercise, nor when lying down in the evening, the usual discomfort in my waist appeared. The material is also demanding, massive leather with a powerful closure. Inside it is padded, although sweat unfortunately takes over normally. It should be left ventilated a little afterwards. Mine was made in Pakistan. It is highly recommended, but only when justified and with normal use!
